Update on "housing woes"

I am in the midst of completing the transaction for my home. Deadline for completion would be by 1 April 2019. Looking back, it is not that much of a woe for me. Being administratively more inclined and organised have allowed me to go through this housing purchasing process without engaging the services of a housing agent. This really helps save some money. I heard agent fees is estimated at about 1% of the sales transaction.

Now that I am almost done the transaction. I have also started looking at how I can speed up my repayment so that I can be debt free early in life while balancing the possibility of leveraging my disposable income for investment.

Housing woes

With time, price of houses would increase while as I age, the quantum for loan would decrease.
Being single, the thought of having to pay for such a big ticket item on my own really scares me.

Feeling grown up

It's been some time that I blog here. It's timely for a post.
A lot of changes in my life. This adulting season has been insightful and awfully painful at the same time. One thing for sure, I definitely have a better handle over money. Part of the game plan over the next 5 years would definitely be to get a place of my own. I also have great determination to be debt free by the time that I am 45 years old.
